Robyn began her yoga journey in 2007.
Searching for a way to relieve stress and anxiety, she
discovered that practicing yoga was the only way of
relieving stress. She also found that it brought a sense
of centeredness to her life.
After two years of practice and attending various yoga
workshops, she sought for ways to deepen her practice
and became interested in teaching others. Upon completion
of her 200 hr certification (2010), under the tutelage
of John Tamayo at Atmananda Yoga in New York City, she
is able to use her knowledge to cultivate safe and challenging
classes for all levels.
Robyn has always been interested in the mind, body and
soul reconnection and is excited to share her experience
with her students. Classes consist of a Vinyasa style
using both Ashtanga and Iyengar approaches. Her goal
is to help people open their minds and bodies, allowing
their hearts to shine through yoga.
