Triangle Pose is the quintessential
standing pose in many styles of yoga.

shoulders, chest, and spine. Stimulates the abdominal
organs. Helps relieve stress. Improves digestion helps
relieve the symptoms of menopause. Relieves backache,

Partnering/Adjusting
Standing behind the student - support
and roll open the kidneys and ribs gently. Extending
the sternum out to lengthen the spine while rolling
open the top shoulder.
