Knowing
the Advancement Series - The advancement
in yoga is commonly associated with the physical.
Any acrobat or gymnast can go further! More physical
is not to be confused with more advanced; in my
opinion less physical is more advanced. Knowing
yourself, trusting yourself and working with yourself.
With that said “Knowing the Advancement”
is to be considered the advancement of yoga. Knowing
yourself and your limitations physically and mentally.
This is a practice with physical direction at a
minimal level, philosophical direction is maximal.
Roll out the mat, dim the lights, quiet the mind
and flow with what is inside.- (90 minutes) - $10.95
