using Sanskrit words for yoga poses (asanas)
and concepts. This is a list of helpful
in translations some of the more commonly
used terms. Poses highlighted with an eyeball
have a more detailed description and image.

is the third of the eight stages intended
to lead the aspirant to samadhi, the trancelike
state of perfect concentration. |
