Classes are 75 - 95 minutes.
Lunchtime (12pm) classes are 60 minutes.
Yoga classes at Princeton YogaAbove are a series
of Asanas
(poses) and Pranayama
(breathing) disciplines practiced to achieve
control of the body, mind and tranquility. Union
of the self with the intention or higher self
is the practice. Studio is heated to 102 degrees
for Hot Yoga
