Further Description of Class Levels at YogaAbove
All Levels
– This class is for anybody and everybody with
multiple variations for All Levels of practice
r- Regular Yoga
Practice means consistency with a yoga practice of 2
or more practices per week.
Yoga Experience - This class is NOT
for new students. Have a basic understanding of your
own anatomy, breath control and limitations. Heightened
focus on pranayama,
bandhas with
alternate variations to asanas.

-Level 3 & 4 or
private class- Permission is
needed prior to day of attendance. Email
for space availability.
