When Ariel rolled out the yoga mat for the first time in 2007, she had no idea the powerful effect yoga would have on her life.

Practice, practice and all will follow is a simple mantra that Ariel keeps close to her heart. Sharing her knowledge is intuitively the next step in Ariel’s yoga practice.

As a dedicated student of YogaAbove and graduate of Michael Cremone’s teacher training program, Ariel hopes to share her practice with you in class.
